It was a beautiful day for the zoo! Too bad everyone else thought so too. The rain finally gave us a break and we went on our last field trip with Timmy's preschool. Even though it was crowded the kids had a lot of fun.
They even had a new exhibit called predetors in the Sangetti with Lionesses.
Since the rain had finally stopped and it wasn't too hot all of the animals were out in good view for the kids to see. Even the hippos were out of the water. That always makes the zoo more exciting!
Sam couldn't get enough of it. I was surprised at how aware he was of all the animals. We would stop and look at some and then try to move on and he would throw a fit every time. I think he could have stayed at the zebras all day.
