The Shortest Golf Course Ever!

Scott is really creative. We went golfing Monday and when we got home he said he had so much fun that he wanted to create a game for the little kids to play. So for family home evening I put him in charge of the game. He made a two hole golf course in our back yard and named it "History's Shortest Golf Course". He got some bark chips and stuck them in the ground for the hole numbers. It was actually really fun! We used our pitching wedges to tee off and then when we got close enough to the flag we had to use our putters. The first one to hit the flag with the least amount of strokes was the winner.
Scott made it to the pole in two shots on the second hole. He's become quite the golfer. He is very good at aiming! Bethany just ran around and tried to pick up everyone's ball after they hit it. Timmy went through the course once and then decided it would be fun to putt the balls down the slide! We all had a great time!

Looks like a fun time. Ellen are you a golfer now too? I don't know if that is a sport I will ever get into.

Cute that your son came up with all of that for FHE! Your husband must be proud! My husband is a golf lover and one day hopes our son will get into it too. Glad we can keep in touch with FB and blogger. :)
