For Andy's 35th birthday he wanted to go hiking. We decided on something pretty simple since our kids are so small and because Andy is still recovering from his brain surgery. So we headed up to Wahclella Falls.
Wahclella is one of my favorite hikes to go on with my family because it is so kid friendly and very beautiful with not just one waterfall but two. I didn't realize that Andy had never been with us the many times we had gone hiking there.
So it was perfect and the kids were excited to show Andy all the cool stuff there is to see and Sam did a good job walking a lot of the way.
Ben was just happy to be snuggled on his daddy's back.
After hiking we came home for dinner and launched rockets and ate cheesecake, Andy's favorite dessert. It was a fun day and a great way to get out and celebrate Andy getting through brain surgery and making it to his 35th birthday!
