Our snake passed away a while ago and Andy wanted to get the kids a new pet. So instead of having them fight over whose pet it was Andy got a new pet for his birthday. At first we were planning on just one. So we got Gus a black guinea pig.
Then after watching an episode of Psych we decided we needed a white guinea pig named Shawn. The boys were thrilled! They love having the new pets, giving them baths and taking them out in the yard to run around. They have been easier for the kids to handle than the snake was!
But in favor of the snake.....She didn't smell as bad!!
